Delivery
Purchases will be delivered electronically in the form of PDF files for both score and parts. This provides you with the flexibility to print as many copies as you need, without having to purchase additional copies. General instructions for printing can be found here.  Please note all of the PDF downloads can also easily be viewed and performed with a tablet, using software such as forScore.  Choral works are sold with a minimum of 10 copies. Purchases of works with separate score and parts include a printed copy of the score, shipped separately. Additional printed copies of the score are also available, if needed.  Your download links will appear on the receipt that is emailed to you, as well as on your My Accounts page, in the Downloads section.  Your download links do not expire, but they are for you and your organization only.  Just like the printed music that remains in the music library when you leave the organization, you will need to purchase new copies if you move to a new organization.  All scores are stamped with your licensee information as proof of purchase, which includes your name and/or organization and the date of purchase. As all works are protected under international copyright laws and all rights are reserved by the composer, please do not distribute any part of any score or parts outside of the person and/or organization licensed to use the work at the time of purchase.  By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm your understanding of this and that, due to the electronic delivery method, all sales are final. Refunds for downloaded files are not available. Defective print and electronic media will be replaced by contacting customer service at
customer-service@kroberson.com.  Digital downloads are exempt from sales tax, so no sales tax is collected at the time of checkout.

Refunds
Our refund and returns policy is for physical items (printed scores, etc.) only and is available for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  To complete your return, we require your order number as proof of purchase.  This is available in your order history in My Account. To request a return, please contact customer service at customer-service@kroberson.com and provide the order number and reason for return.  You will receive a response which will include your Return Authorization number.  Returns without this number on the label will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient, as it often takes several days processing time before a refund is posted. If you do not receive your refund within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at customeer-service@kroberson.com.

Digital downloads are not eligible for refunds. If there is a defect or other error with the file, we will replace it or otherwise work with you to resolve the issue.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. If the error is ours, we will refund your shipping charges and ship the correct item to you at no charge.
